CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit: A deposit is required on lash full sets and all services for new clients to hold your appointment, if the proper cancellation is not given or you no show the deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit or payment in full will be required to get rescheduled Cancellation/No Show: Fee of 50% due without 24 hour cancellation or no show on all appointments deposit was not taken(deposit covers cancellation). Sick: Under no circumstances are you to come to the salon if you are sick. Please cancel your appointment, even if you are within the 24 hour cancellation policy, the fee will not be applied. Arriving to your appointment sick will result in service cost due in full and service not completed, you’ll be able to reschedule another appointment for a later date(service cost will still be due at this time). If you are feeling under the weather please do not come to the salon. I rely on my business to make a living and can not do that if I am sick. Thank you for your understanding *cancellation fee can be charged at owners discretion Late: 15 minutes late is considered a no show, unless you’ve contacted the studio and we have made arrangements Fill appointments: 50% of extensions required. Arriving with less than 50% will result in a cancellation fee and rescheduled for a full set. Clean lashes: Please make sure you arrive to your appointment with clean lashes, dirty lashes will result in retention issues. If your lashes need to be cleaned before your fill it will be a $10 charge
